What it can include

Every project is shaped around your company’s needs. The items below are examples of what this service commonly includes: the scope may combine some of them, all of them or others the operation requires, and it is defined with you during the assessment.

  • Client application

Digital experience for your audience: registration, orders, tracking, logged-in area, and workflows that truly solve the user's needs.

  • Internal / operational application

Tools for your team: checklists, field logs, approvals, information queries, and reduced rework in daily routines.

  • Web + mobile version

A well-structured codebase that supports both browsers and mobile devices, avoiding duplicated maintenance effort.

  • Authentication and permissions

Secure login, different access levels, and control over what each role can view or do.

  • Integration with existing systems

Connection to ERPs, CRMs, payment APIs, inventory, or any system already in your operation.

  • Notifications and alerts

Push, email, or WhatsApp to keep users and your team informed at the right moment.

  • Dashboards and reports

Clear views for management or operations, with the data that matters, without relying on spreadsheet exports.

  • Store publishing

Full guidance and support for publishing on the App Store and Google Play, whether the app is native or hybrid.

  • Continuous improvement

We start with the essentials and expand as real usage reveals what truly needs to be prioritized.

Who it is for

  • Company that needs its own digital channel for clients (orders, tracking, self-service) instead of relying only on WhatsApp or spreadsheets.
  • Field operations or distributed teams still recording everything on paper, WhatsApp photos, or shared spreadsheets.
  • Business with an existing internal system that needs a simpler, more accessible interface for end users.
  • Team that tried no-code or generic solutions and hit the limit on customization or performance.
  • Company seeking to launch a fast first version, with a solid foundation to grow without rewriting everything later.
  • Those needing a reliable application, with clear responsibility for delivery and maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build native (iOS/Android) apps or web apps?

We offer both approaches. In many cases, a well-built web app (PWA) meets the need with lower maintenance costs. When performance or access to native features is critical, we choose native or hybrid. The decision is technical and shared.

How long does it take to launch the first version?

Generally between 6 and 14 weeks for a usable MVP, depending on complexity and the client's validation speed. We aim to deliver value early.

Will the app be published on our store account or yours?

Preferably in the client's account. We guide the entire publication process on the App Store and Google Play.

What if we need to change the scope during the project?

Changes are handled transparently: we record them, assess the impact on schedule and cost, and proceed only with explicit alignment.

Do you provide maintenance after launch?

Yes. We offer maintenance and improvement contracts. Corrections, minor enhancements, and support are part of our ongoing service.

Can you integrate with our existing system?

Yes. Integration is a frequent part of the scope. We map all interfaces at the start of the project.

Does the application work offline?

When required, yes. We define at the beginning which workflows must operate without internet and how data is synchronized later.

Do you use ready-made platforms or develop from scratch?

We develop tailor-made solutions with mature frameworks. The business logic and user experience are built for your needs—not the other way around.
